TRAINING
A brave new you for
a brave new future.
Anna started training individuals in TA in 2007. By developing the next generation of practitioners, she aims to bring clarity and order into an otherwise fragmented mental health sector.
Apart from training in psychology, she inculcates the high standards she follows – professionalism, practitioner’s therapy, and supervision practice.
Having achieved her own breakthrough through counselling, she wants to break the opacity, initiate dialogue and normalize therapy for everyone.

Money and Script
What is my relationship with money? What does money mean to me? How do I talk about money – and with whom?
In this workshop, we explore our personal relationship with money and its origins. Using transactional analysis models, we embark on an exciting journey of discovery: we examine how our past has shaped our perception of money and develop new, contemporary approaches to dealing with it.
This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to better understand and optimize their strategies when negotiating client fees. It is equally valuable for those who wish to reflect on family patterns in handling money and create more conscious approaches.
The workshop is designed to be interactive - participants are invited to bring in their practical concerns and share them with others. Small group and partner work will alternate with inputs.
Next dates:
1st June 2025 - Thorsten Geck
Why we lie
Transactional analysis has its roots in psychoanalysis. In psychoanalytic treatment, the analysand often shares their own issues under resistance. These issues are hidden, initially unconscious and often filled with shame. The analysand protects himself by omitting, distorting and not sharing.
Transactional analysis has the principle of open communication between the practitioner and the client who comes for counselling. What is said should be able to be said in front of everyone.
And yet things remain hidden and are not communicated. Is that a lie?
In this workshop we examine the mechanisms and benefits of lying. Is lying ever ethical? What prevents us from telling things as they are? What motivates our clients not to tell everything or "the truth"? Is complete, truthful communication even possible?
What can be derived from this for counselling work?
The workshop is designed to be interactive - participants are invited to bring in their practical concerns and share them with others. Small group and partner work will alternate with inputs.
The participants will also lie! Together we will get to the bottom of the lie as best we can.
Next dates:
30th May, 2025 - Thorsten Geck
The Feminine and
the Masculine Within
For everyone who is curious about self-discovery
Our mind processes and retains many impressions from very early in life. These impressions are mostly implicit and nonverbal which emerge as associations as we move through various experiences of life. I invite you to inquire into and discover:
The inner impressions we have regarding the Masculine and the Feminine,
The impact these associations create on our lives and
The relevance of this awareness in this changing world.
This exploration will be through experiential exercises and reflective conversations, using mind-body awareness, visual art, and movement.
Power: Structures and
Dynamics in Systems
How do power dynamics arise? How do power structures develop within systems? What strategies for self-empowerment can we employ in unpredictable situations? And what mechanisms lead to feelings of powerlessness – and how can we break free from them? In this workshop, we will use a simulation to explore the dynamics in groups and systems that contribute to asymmetric power structures. We will reflect on why we seek and retain power and how we can handle these insights ethically and responsibly.
This process will involve confronting the "darker sides" of human nature – an essential step toward gaining deeper insights into our existence and actions in a world that is always co-shaped by others.
NEXT DATES:
31st May 2025 - Thorsten Geck
Resilience
The term "resilience," meaning the ability to withstand and recover from challenges, has gained significant recognition in recent years. While many self-help courses focus on building personal resilience, this workshop takes a different approach: it examines resilience from a systemic perspective and explores its relevance in workplace contexts.
Participants will learn how to leverage resilience to navigate crises, prevent burnout, and maintain the ability to act. The workshop offers insights into strengthening personal resilience as well as strategies to enhance team resilience in the face of challenges.
This workshop is ideal for individuals seeking to build their own resilience at work and for those who want to support their teams in becoming more resilient when tackling challenges.
The workshop is designed to be interactive - participants are invited to bring in their practical concerns and share them with others. Small group and partner work will alternate with inputs.

Bad leadership
Leadership literature - with reference to personality psychology - refers to the so-called 'dark triad'.
According to this, leaders often score high on narcissism, Machiavellianism and subclinical psychopathology. And they are often successful as a result - often at the expense of the employees concerned, but also at the expense of the company.
What does systemic transactional analysis have to contribute to this field of research and practice?
When leadership is viewed systemically as an "ensemble performance" of the manager, insights emerge.
In transactional analysis, for example, A. Jacobs has expanded group theory to include the concept of "followership" and the interaction between leaders with a particular psychological disposition and group members.
This seminar will combine and contrast these perspectives with research on 'bad leadership'. The seminar will provide insights for managers who want to look at what is happening in their own groups. It is also suitable for coaches who advise managers and want to add a systemic perspective to their individual psychological knowledge.
For both audiences, it is about the ability to act in the best sense and for the benefit of those involved and the organisation.
