Through speaking engagements, workshops and one-on-one coaching, Brand Anna Chandy offers a different perspective to power and identity at the workplace. We help develop the capacity to reflect, acknowledge both strengths and vulnerabilities and embrace authenticity in oneself. This drives systemic change and paves the way for an emotionally healthy and thriving organization.

Anna started her counselling career with the corporate sector and brings deep understanding and experience with institutional challenges.

Each one of us has a story, only woven differently. We tend to hide deeply our personal story, which isolates us even more. In our diverse yet entwined society, we bring our perspective on the importance of vulnerability in discovering one’s identity.

Talks by the Anna Chandy team, draw from our own personal experience and are customized to address the needs of each company. Our focus is on addressing topics usually cloaked in shame to unveil the stigma of social issues. By introducing a new outlook, we invite people to reflect on their lives, question their disempowering patterns and get in touch with their highest potential.

Over the years, the team has been invited to speak at various corporates, academic institutions and social enterprises.

Through an unbiased approach, the Anna Chandy team helps to create self awareness, and eventually reconcile the dichotomy of the professional and personal.

The workshops focus on recognizing individual authenticity and encouraging open dialogue to build a healthy system, top down.

The Anna Chandy team conducts experiential workshops with senior professionals in a small, safe setting. These two day workshops are designed for a maximum of 20 individuals and conducted offsite.

Through one-on-one coaching, the Anna Chandy team enables professionals to drop their veneer and address their limitations. The series of conversations help drive ownership, open communication and a healthy work environment.

The coaching sessions are conducted in the Anna Chandy office. As required, a report is submitted to the organization charting the progress. The detailed coaching, however, remains confidential due to its personal nature.
