Thorsten started his own education in Transactional Analysis in the 1990s. Since 2012 he has been a TSTA in the field of Organization. He offers TA training at TAworks (Oxford, UK), Berlin (Germany) and runs TA workshops online in India, China.
Thorsten is passionate about Transactional Analysis as an approach which offers insight and room for intervention on a personal and professional level as well as a powerful intervention for groups and organizations.
His approach is emergent, systemic, experiential and relational. Emergent: What is coming up is significant and needs to be accounted for.
Systemic: The structures we are living in impacts human beings as well as the formative years.
Experiential: Learning happens through meaning making of what happens in concrete experience.
Relational: One’s own resonance echoes the state of the relationship between the client and the professional, and will be taken into account for the work.
