Like most of us, Nikita grew up in a society that doesn’t look too kindly upon therapy. However, Nikita’s search for meaning introduced her to TA. It took just a few sessions for her to conclude that her life was never going to be the same again.

TA has played a big role in her life. In her journey she discovered previously hidden facets of herself. She carried on, encountering breakthrough moments that would forever change her outlook. These helped her get in touch with her own identity and make space for herself in the world. She realized her journey had only just begun.

Nikita believes counseling can generate self-awareness, help heal, and transform. One only has to take the first step to start the journey. She is known for providing a safe, non-judgmental space, and addressing issues with an open mind. She enters conversations with an unconditional and compassionate mindset which allows people to be themselves.

Nikita takes is special interest in youth issues and is keen to provide a space for them to express ideas and identity.

She has worked for over a decade of experience with leading brands. More recently she started a storytelling project where she channels the power of stories can be as a positive force. She has been working with children and teens for the past 7 years, which gives her insight into their world and concerns, especially post-pandemic.
