Associate Counsellor

A personal crisis brought Kavita to therapy. This life-altering journey enabled her to handle the crisis and ultimately led her to take up therapy as a profession.

Kavita left her career in a corporate to pursue counselling. She believes the greatest outcome of therapy is empowerment – which she has experienced personally and works towards with each of her clients.

Kavita has spent a large part of the last six years working with adolescents and their parents. She is passionate about working with children with special needs, and their caregivers. Her own personal experience in this regard has enables her to be both empathetic and supportive.

Every individual, child or adult is worthy of unconditional respect. Kavita approaches all her sessions and clients with this belief and allows a safe space of dignity for all. With her passion, Kavita is keen to drive the normalisation of therapy.
